Accommodation options include twin rooms, single rooms, or studio rooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and shared kitchen lounges.

Terms and conditions
- All rates mentioned are either per day or per month per person
- All prices are subject to applicable levies and are subject to change
- A minimum stay of 1 month is required to access the exclusive rates
- Shuttle service is on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats are subject to availability
- Weekly housekeeping is applicable for stays of a minimum of 2 weeks or more
- Bookings are subject to a refundable deposit of AED 2,500 to be paid upon reservation
- Short-term stays for less than 1 month are charged on a daily rate, to be paid in full in advance, and are subject to a refundable deposit of AED 1,250 to be paid upon reservation
- Refund of deposit will be subject to terms and conditions, and can be deducted if the lease term is broken
- All prices are valid from 01.09.2025 until 31.08.2026, subject to applicable levies, and are subject to change without prior notice
