 Andrea Sutcliffe will use her聽experience as Chief Inspector of Adult Social Care at the Care Quality Commission and Chief Executive of the Nursing and Midwifery Council to explore what person-centred and coordinated care is, how to recognise it, how leaders develop it and the benefits this approach can bring to health and social care\n
