Hear from an expert panel as they discuss R&D and accelerating innovation, including its role in delivering inclusion.\n WMREDI has been at the forefront of the debate around university R&D and inclusive innovation. Not only has it conducted academic research, it convened a major roundtable on the issue with University UK in December last year and, since the Government鈥檚 announcement of the three Innovation Accelerator Pilots, it has been collaborating with colleagues in Greater Manchester, the West Midlands and Glasgow and the Connected Places Catapult.\n It is important that the Innovation Accelerator Pilots succeed by leveraging private sector investment and helping drive inclusive, sustainable growth, and that the benefits of inclusive innovation extend to many more places.
