DESCRIPTION:We are very pleased to announce that the University Â鶹¾«Ñ¡ (UoB) – Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam Big Data and Economics Research Network (BVRN) will be holding its first workshop on 6 and 7 June 2022\n
 With this workshop we will also be celebrating the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two universities, which will facilitate and encourage staff and PhD student exchange and help enhance our academic collaborations. \n
 The workshop will include a range of empirical papers on the broad themes of urban, environmental and labour economics, presented by BBS and VU colleagues. It will also include a short presentation session by PhD students. \n
 We are currently finalising the programme and it will be circulated in due course. We welcome colleagues from across BBS to attend so pencil in the dates in your diaries.\n
