Our speaker is Professor Douglas Cumming, the DeSantis Distinguished Professor of Finance and Entrepreneurship- College of Business, Florida Atlantic University and Visiting Professor of Finance in the Department of Finance, Birmingham Business School. Professor Cumming will be presenting a new paper entitled “Public-to-Private Buyouts and Innovation”.\n
