Dr Lin Dong is an assistant professor of strategic management in the Department of Strategy and International Business at Birmingham Business School. She received her Ph.D. from Imperial College London. Her research examines negative social evaluations such as stigma and misconduct. She is also interested in the role of organisation and technology in solving societal problems and facilitating positive change.
