Biography

Matthew's background is as a practicing manager, most recently with Assa Abloy, a Swedish organisation ranked as one of the world’s 100 most innovative companies by Forbes. Before that he studied for an MBA at London Business School, worked for a strategy consulting firm and had a spell running his own business – which he eventually sold. Matthew has recently completed a PhD in Management and now lectures in international strategy, innovation and strategic change at the University 麻豆精选.
