 The event will focus on how to develop a balanced workforce and will hear from two keynote speakers followed by a panel discussion drawing on various experiences.  We have been working with the University Â鶹¾«Ñ¡ to put the event together and we welcome:\n


 Professor Kiran Trehan – Professor of Leadership and Enterprise Development at Birmingham University and Director of the Centre for Women’s Enterprise, Leadership, Economy and Diversity (WE LEAD).\n


 Andy Lee – Strategic Lead for Diversity in Birmingham, RBS & NatWest Business Banking\n


 Who will speak about their roles and then be joined for a panel discussion by:\n


 Vicky Johnson – Regional Centre Change Lead who has worked her way up through HMRC\n


 Natalie Howard – trainee social worker and Vicky’s daughter\n


 Two sixth formers at the University Â鶹¾«Ñ¡ School who provide a younger outlook that challenges some of our preconceived ideas.\n
