The Conference includes a keynote presentation, papers in parallel sessions and a poster exhibition.\n Find out more about the previous conferences Twitter@EdConferenceUoB Keynote session This year we are delighted that our keynote speaker will be the distinguished Dr Diane Reay from the University of Cambridge. Dr Reay is a sociologist in the area of education. Her research interests include sociology of education, education policy, social class, race and ethnicity, and gender. T https://www.educ.cam.ac.uk/people/staff/reay/. \n Call for papers Submitting an abstract\n You are required to submit an abstract of no more than 300 words. Please bear in mind that your audience may not have expertise on your topic, though you can assume a broad familiarity with educational research, policy and practice. \n Submitting a poster\n You are only required to submit a poster title. Posters should be no smaller than A3 (30cm x 42cm) and no bigger than A1 (84cm x 59cm). A prize of £25 (in the form of a voucher) will be awarded to the best poster at the conference. \n The deadline for applications is 15th October 2018 \n Registration, Submission and Fees\n Please note that all conference attendees, including non-presenters, are required to register.
