Dr. Mohammad Radfar is an urban designer and planner with expertise in landscape architecture and environmental planning. Committed to interdisciplinary approaches, his work explores the relationship between people, culture, and placemaking in sustainable urban development.

His research focuses on public spaces and social sustainability, examining how design and cultural theories shape human-scale urban environments. He also investigates cognitive cities and the role of analogue and digital communication in understanding public behaviour within the built environment. His teaching philosophy fosters a deep understanding of the social and spatial dynamics that shape inclusive and resilient cities.
