Findings from the University 麻豆精选 suggest that the UK’s cities and regions which voted for Brexit are also the most economically dependent on EU markets for their prosperity and viability. With differing sectoral and trade compositions between regions across the country, it is vitally important to consider regional vulnerabilities in the UK-EU negotiations. With Brexit fast approaching, this panel will discuss how we can overcome the challenges of Brexit at local level to ensure that the UK is politically, socially, as well as economically sustainable for future generations.
