The prize for 2023 was jointly awarded to Nicky Gillece and Dylan Williams. Nicky represents and promotes the School of Chemistry's welfare and wellbeing initiatives on the EDI Committee and is also a "Wellbeing Champion" for the School. Dylan organised the highly successful "Inspirational Chemists" poster conference, which helped to bring a diverse range of Chemists to the attention of members of the School and wider University.
