Graeme is an Associate Professor based in the Department of Disability, Inclusion and Special Needs. As Head of Education, Graeme’s role is to ensure that the School of Education realises its strategic aims for learning and teaching through strategic planning, development and management of the School’s diverse teaching programmes including those delivered in collaborations with external organisations.

Prior to join the University, he worked in a wide range of schools across the West Midlands where he held various senior leadership roles. He has also worked in an advisory capacity for two local authorities helping schools to support children with cognition and learning difficulties.
