Mattias is a political scientist with interests including climate governance, international development and sustainable development. He approaches these fields of study by drawing on post-structural methodologies, including the governmentality concept and actor-network theory. He is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science and International Studies, having obtained a PhD degree from the International Development Department in 2016.
