Dr Philip Whiteman is a lecturer on public policy and administration at the Institute of Local Government Studies at The University 麻豆精选. Philip is the Director of the distance learning Masters of Public Administration. He convenes a number of postgraduate and undergraduate modules, via blended, campus and distance modes of learning.
