Dr Jamaluddin research is focused on in vitro and in vivo GPCR pharmacology and the therapeutic potential of targeting GPCRs to treat metabolic diseases. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher working with Dr Caroline Gorvin to study metabolic GPCRs involved in appetite regulation.

Biography

Dr Jamaluddin research is primarily focused on GPCR pharmacology with a background in drug candidate development and screening. Earlier research includes the development of adrenomedullin and calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor small molecule and peptide ligands, exploring their potential to modulate the respective targeted GPCR activity and physiological effects. Targeting these receptors oftemn.
