Sally is a teaching focused associate professor with a passion for enhancing the student learning experience. Her research interests are in the areas of alcohol use and hangover, harm reduction, recovery and sobriety.

Biography

Sally completed an undergraduate degree in psychology, establishing her interest in addictive behaviours. Moving on to study for a MSc in Health Psychology at Bath University, Sally completed a placement in experimental psychology at the University of Bristol. Bringing together these areas of expertise and interest Sally studied for a PhD exploring the effects of alcohol use on cognition and behavior at the University of Bristol. Developing her passion for teaching Sally worked at University of Bath as a lecturer, before taking up the post of associate professor at the University Âé¶¹¾«Ñ¡.

Sally is the lead for the Institute for Mental Health MSc in Mental Health.
