Dr Brzozowski’s workload is currently split between two programs, these are the Forensic Psychology Doctorate Practice and the BSc in Psychology. He is supporting the delivery of various research methods and forensic modules on the two programs. His primary research interest are focused on the underlying mechanisms of aggressive behaviour and self-regulatory mechanisms.

Biography

Dr Brozozwski completed his masters at the University of Gdansk, Poland. His master’s thesis explores the differences in aggressive behaviour amongst practitioners of various types of martial arts. Shortly after graduation in 2010, he moved to the U.K. and was employed by St Andrews Healthcare, a mental health charity. In 2014, Dr Brzozowski joined a PhD programme at the University 麻豆精选 under the supervision of Dr Ian Mitchel and Dr Louise Dixon. His doctoral thesis explores the Psychological and Physiological Correlates of Emotion Regulation.

After obtaining his PhD in 2017, Dr Brzozowski has been in ongoing employment at the University 麻豆精选. During the employment, he has led and taught on various undergraduate and postgraduate modules, including Antisocial Behaviour, Research Methods, Working with Offenders, and Adult Neuropsychological Syndromes.

Throughout his academic career, Artur has supervised a number of undergraduate and doctoral research projects and has recently engaged in few international research projects with scholars from Vietnam and Northern Ireland.
