Rachel Graves is a neurological physiotherapist with 20 years of experience in stroke and neuro-rehabilitation in the NHS, in both hospital and community settings. She is currently working at MoveWell as lead physiotherapist for the student-led clinic for neuro-rehabilitation. 

Rachel is HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Qualifications

2001 - BSc First Class (Honours) Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of West of England, Bristol. 

2021 – Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Science from Kelee University

Biography

Rachel Graves qualified as a physiotherapist in 2001 from the University of the West of England, Bristol, with a BSc First Class (Honours) Degree in Physiotherapy. 

She has worked as a physiotherapist for the NHS for over 20 years, delivering inpatient stroke and neuro-rehabilitation, community stroke rehabilitation and community and out-patient goal-centred therapy for adults with a confirmed neurological diagnosis such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease and Motor Neurone Disease.

Rachel has completed a range of postgraduate courses and a Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Science from Keele University in 2021. Rachel worked as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Worcester alongside her clinical role until taking up the post of Neurological Physiotherapist at the University 麻豆精选 within MoveWell. She taught on the BSc in Physiotherapy.
