In June 2022, the University Âé¶¹¾«Ñ¡ hosted the at Birmingham Business School. The conference theme was ‘Why Employment Relations Matter(s) for Democratizing Work’. A stewardship team from the OWE Group/Department of Management (Genevieve Coderre-LaPalme,Tony Dobbins, Andy Hodder, Paul Lewis, Alex Wood) and POLSIS (David Bailey) held the BUIRA stewardship at Birmingham from 2019-2022.
