Associate Professor

Dr Sue Neilson is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing and Midwifery.  She is a qualitative methodologist, her research focusing on, but not exclusive to, children and young people’s palliative and end of life care and bereavement support.  

Sue’s work also has a strong focus on education standard frameworks.

Roger Newham is a Registered Nurse with a background in moral philosophy.

David Nice

David Nice

Associate Clinical Professor

David is an Associate Clinical Professor for Advanced Clinical Practice at the University 麻豆精选 and a qualified Advanced Critical Care Practitioner working in critical care in the West Midlands. David has considerable nursing experience, working within the NHS for the last 20 years. David brings extensive clinical insight to his academic role.

Teaching Fellow

Hannah is a Teaching Fellow in clinical skills and simulation, with a focus on the Adult field of practice. She teaches across all pre-reg nursing programmes, and has recently moved over to education from critical care nursing.
